蜆殼石油首季淨利漲131%

油價牛氣衝天，帶動蜆殼石油（SHELL, 4324, 主板工業產品組）截至2011年3月31日止，首季淨利自前期5千861萬6千令吉暴漲131.24%到1億3千554萬1千令吉。

首季營業額也大唱豐收，從前期24億8千396萬6千令吉走高28.96%到32億零325萬7千令吉。

首季共處理880桶原油，同時出售880萬桶原油產品。

公司主席安努亞泰益坦言，石油提煉賺幅預計在次季面臨壓力，歸咎於油價的隱憂與原油可及性。

該公司將阿把握強化賺幅的機會，今年已開始在精練廠每日生產6千公噸柴油，這項高達8億1千萬令吉的投資助該公司多元化原料選項，料加強提煉賺幅。

波德申油廠漏油已清理

另一方面，蜆殼石油今日發文告表示，在5月7日發現，波德申煉油廠出現35桶油泄漏事件，現在已經清理乾淨。

這家煉油廠每日提煉12萬5千萬桶。

該公司表示，初步調查發現，漏油的源頭是銜接殘餘燃油槽的油管問題，公司進行抑漏努力，防止燃油泄漏至馬六甲海峽
