Flower Power

Today's Bellariffic Fridays theme was to use flowers on your card.

For my card I inked up Em's Dancing Daffodils with versafine ink and stamped the image on water colour paper.  I then coloured the image with distress markers and tombow markers.  I shaded around the image with scattered straw distess ink.  The dp is Fancy Pants Hopscotch.

Based on my lack of posting you can tell I've been having a fun summer!  I'm back today with my Bellariffic Fridays card which was a sketch

This was an interesting sketch - after pondering it I decided to ink up Uptown Girl Sunny is Stylish.

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics.  I used a clear glaze pen on the lenses of her sunglasses and buttons on her jacket.  For the frames I used a pink atyou spica pen.  I inked around the image and the sentiment panel with scattered straw distress ink.  The DP is Basic Greys Knee High

A Sweet Sunday for Annie...

It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch from Karen (SSSC191) and I totally stuck with todays sketch!

I inked up Annie from Stamping Bella's Arthur and Annie and stamped her onto bella's bestest white cardstock and coloured her with copics  The dress is paper pieced with Little Yellow Bicycles Fern and Forest paper.  For the banners I used MFTs fishtail flags stax die-namics.  I added 3 rhinestones on the sides.

I carried the fishtail stax theme onto the inside of my card as well

Enjoy the Little Things.....

Happy Friday - I hope you had a great week.  Mine was FABULOUS!!!  Karen and Leslie came to visit me and we had the best time!  Lots of shopping, eating, some vino - I do think hubby was ready to go back to work on Monday after spending the weekend with 3 women!

Todays Bellariffic Fridays theme was polka dots.  I took this to heart and picked an image with polka dots and lots of paper with polka dots!

Tallulah in her Tutu is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white cardstock and coloured with copics.  I stamped the skirt and balloon a second time so I could paper piece them onto the image.  I then cut out the image and mounted it on white cs that was embossed with swiss dots. For the bling on her skirt and crown I used gelly roll pens.  The dp is MME's Kate & Co.

I decorated the inside of the card with more polka dots.  The sentiment (which I love) comes with this sweet image.

Never Say Never

Today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was a sketch.  For my card I inked up one of my newest Stamping Bella images Parker the Superpiggy.

The image is stamped onto bella's bestest white cardstock and is coloured with copics, caron d'ashe pencils and gambol.  On the badge I used a black and orange atyou spica on the border.  The dp is Basic Grey's Bow Ties.

I decorated the inside of the card using the dp and mft fishtail stax die-namics.  The sentiment comes with the image.

Chicks Rule for Sweet Sunday

Karen has a great Sweet Sunday sketch for us this week (SSSC190).   For my card I inked up one of the new images from Stamping Bella - Chick's Rule.

The image is stamped onto bella's bestest white cardstock and coloured with copics.  I used a black atyou spica pen on the black on her fur trim and a gold spica pen on her crown.  The dp is American Crafts Soho Garden.  Instead of flowers I put buttons in the upper corner, I didn't want to hide her robe!
