Angela's carry idea

I love this idea by Angela:

I wanted to share how I transport all my stuff to take with me to a crop!

I use the Sterilite wide 3 drawer units to hold various supplies (they hold 12”x12” paper) and label all the drawers (I keep the stuff stored in them at home as well).

Then 3 of these 3-drawer units fit into the Broadstone Camping Gear Bag I bought – with a little room at the top for a few misc supplies (like my small printer!).  The Camping bag is wheeled at one end and has sturdy handles at both ends.  It makes transporting my stuff as well as setting up a breeze!

The plastic drawer units I got at Walmart and the camping bag I got at Canadian Tire (Only $39.99).

It has worked well for me as I don’t have to unpack when I get to the crop – I just pull out the drawers and stack them on top of one another on the floor next to my table.

What you need:

Dignitet curtain rings from Ikea

What you do: select a place were you would like to hang your clip it unit like a wall, the inside of a door etc.

Install the Command hooks as far appart as you want them and tie the string around them.
Clip your dignitet hooks to your supplies and hang from string.

Here's mine inside a door the width is about 36"

Ikea's jars

Perfect for little embellishments, aren't they? Besides they are really cheap and pretty.
It is always good to be reminded on how useful these little jars can be at a very low price. This one comes from Linda. Click here for her full post over at her blog.

When crafty storage takes over the whole house

Today is Nancy's crafty storage turn.

I don't have just one room...it has taken over my whole house. I'm single again, so I don't have to worry about it!
I give a little tour of all the "stuff". I'm not certain any of it fits your definition of "good storage" because I didn't clean up for the pictures!  It is "REAL LIFE".
To me good storage is what works for the crafter. So your is as goods as it gets!

From Spice racks to crafty storage

Another sample of what you can do when you repurpose storage items. This one comes from Rosie who says:
This is one of my favorite scraproom items - my little spice drawers. I found them at Liquidation World and they are perfect for storing my smallest items.

This is tidy.

This is after crafting.
