--The Mayor yesterday fined Charles Terrill five dollars for driving his wagon against the buggy of John H. Gardner, and ‘"smashing things generally."’ Fast or inconsiderate driving has become a nuisance in Richmond, and the Mayor is determined to rebuke the practice.
