Arrest of escaped prisoners.

--Private Geo. W. Ward, of the Second Ohio Regiment, and Sergeant Abram Crozier, of the Eighteenth New York Regiment, prisoners captured in the battle of Manassas Plains on the 21st of July, escaped from Harwood's factory, in this city, a few days since, where they had been confined as prisoners of war since the battle. The exodus was accomplished by jumping from the second story window of the factory. They got as far as King William county, where they were arrested by Mr. R. A. Hilliard on Thursday last, and brought back to this city. When arrested, they gave the names of Morgan and Gregory.
