Another rain.

--The dust was most effectually laid by a heavy shower which fell yesterday. It was not specially wanted; but, as it laid the dust, was welcomed by all. The weather still continues very cool for the season. The wounded soldiers, both of the Abolition and Patriot forces, are benefited by the coolness which materially aids them in their recovery from the mishaps of the battle-field.
