Unfortunate Occurrence

--On Saturday afternoon last, F S. Miles Esq., Representative in the Legislature from Lee county, was walking in front of the Spotswood House, when he was attacked by an epileptic fit, and felt, his head striking a stepping stone and receiving a severe contusion. After he had remained for some time on the pavement in a senseless condition, he was picked up and carried across the street into an old ice-house, where he was attended by Drs. Tucker and Cullen and then conveyed to the Spotswood House. We were gratified to learn yesterday that he was rapidly recovering.
