Russia and Italy.

--Indications are, that there will be war between Russia and the new kingdom of Italy next spring. Garibaldi is endeavoring to raise an army of 1,000,000 men. With such an army he could wrest crushed Venetia from the tyrannical grasp of Austria, and give Hungary her freedom if he chose.
