Blog Haul: J Crew madness

J Crew Madness 
The obsession is real......


On my way home for the weekend we pass by a J Crew factory store.  Essentially I am very obsessed with J Crew recently. Most of the stuff I have been wearing is from J Crew. I love how everything is super fun and cute but also very classic and sophisticated. 

So naturally I had to stop in! It was a huge shopping success. With the whole store being 50% off its a very dangerous place. And I picked up for some great things for great prices!

I picked up some AMAZING jewelry pieces! I got a huge statement necklace for only $17! Then both of the bracelets were around $10 and the earrings were $13. These are all super great deals for J Crew jewelry. I almost died I was so excited. 

My favorite piece is for sure the pearl bracelet. I have the matching necklace so they will be a perfect pair. 


Here are all of the clothing pieces I also picked up! The clothing haul includes 2 pairs of pants, a pair of shorts, an anchor denim button down, and a embroidered style top. One of the pants has a super great pattern with blues, greens, and pinks. Also, I picked up a fun pair of seersucker pants that will be great for spring. Then I couldn't pass up a fun pair of plaid shorts for only around $20. 
The anchor button down shirt may be my new obsession also. It is totally my style! Also, it feeds my nautical obsession...... which is good and bad at the same time. Then I got another fun top that is white with a printed embroidered pattern.

Armed and Readi top picks!

My roommate got me this gorgeous Armed and Readi necklace for our Christmas gift exchange. I am pretty much obsessed with it. The whole Armed and Readi site is full of perfect jewelry pieces. They have amazing statement necklaces available in so many styles and colors.  


They even have monograms!
I love tortoise shell necklaces! I love how they pair the gold, tortoise shell, and the rhinestones. These pieces would be great for an everyday outfit. Also tortoise shell has both black and brown so you can pair it with any of your boots or flats. 


 

I love these rhinestone pieces! 

This necklace has a big pop of color and is totally J Crew inspired.

I know I have talked and shown so much J Crew jewelry in prior posts but hey I am just obsessed! Their costume jewelry is really well made and goes with a lot of things. Although it is on the pricer side if you really enjoy statement pieces I think it is for sure worth the cost. Also, they have sales so be sure to keep an eye out for when your favorite piece goes on sale or ends up in the factory stores! 
(p.s. factory stores sometimes have 50% off everything which includes jewelry! That is, in my opinion, the best time to buy!)

Top Pick:
This gorgeous crystal rosette necklace is such a great statement piece. 
I feel like if I had this I wouldn't be able to put it down! It is a junky necklace but it is neutral enough to wear on an every day basis. 


Color Splash: Add some rich colors to your outfits with these fun multi colored pieces. Some of these may seem intimidating to match to things BUT I think you will be surprised how well they end up fitting into your closet. They are an easy way to dress up a simple black dress or anything solid! 




Pearls Galore: Pearls are a girls best friend! I think pearls are a very classic thing that never will really go out of style. So, these pieces may be worth the investment. You can be sure they will last season to season. 



Crystals: These gemmed pieces are a great staple piece to have in your jewelry collection. Since they are so neutral they can go with anything!

Does this diva seem familiar? Even Becca from Confessions of a Shopaholic lovers her Henri Bendel bags!

Henri Bendel may be one of my favorite places to get jewelry now and days. Their pieces are not only sparkly and fabulous but they are also very nicely made. (which is always a plus) Sometimes it can be expensive however I totally think it's worth it!

So many colors so little time!

Ruby Red featuring: Henri Bendel

If you are bold girl they have many pieces in rich colors like this bright red. It makes your pieces stand out from your neck to your wrist. My favorite pieces include the statement necklace and the red bangle. They are both classic but still fun with the red.

Sleek Silver featuring: Henri Bendel

Let's say silver is your scene. Well, Henri Bendel offers almost every jewel they have in multiple metal options. Silver is not only sleek but it is modern. So, whether you want a chunky bracelet, a classic bangle, or a fun stack of rings Henri Bendel has you covered in the sliver department.

Gold is a classic metal. Henri Bendel, I would say, has they best selection when it comes to gold. Which is good because I wear mostly gold jewelry. My favorite pieces include the wrap watch, bow earrings, and tiny beaded bracelet. All of these pieces would make great gifts during the holiday season. Or you could get them for yourself!

Lastly, is rose gold! Rose gold is a fairly new trend but I am all for it. Henri Bendel has some great quality rose gold pieces. Sometimes rose gold is hard to find but they have a great selection at their store. So, for the girly girl in your life a rose gold bracelet, earrings, or ring would make a great gift. Rose gold is soft but still very chic. And I'm hoping this metal is here to stay!

Minus the infinity bracelet these are two of my rose gold pieces from Henri Bendel. I am a huge fan of rose gold and these pieces are not only chic but are super fun and unique. I haven't met anyone with these bracelets so far. (it might have something to do with the fact that I have been in Iowa for forever but we will pretend I'm not) 


Then this brown leather bracelet is from Henri Bendel. I wear this almost every day it seems like! I am completely obsessed with this model of bracelet and it is perfect for every day wear.

I have heared many great things about the Bauble Bar brand. Practically every beauty Youtuber raves about their gorgeous pieces. So, here are some of my favorites from the Bauble Bar site. 




Monograms are a great gift during the holiday season. They make a gift more personalized and special in my eyes. Not to mention I am just obsessed obsessed with monograms. I literally can't stop talking about them! But, they are just great neutral pieces to have and to wear on a daily basis. 

 

This pink monogram is a great pop of color to a simple outfit. 


Bauble Bar has amazing statement pieces from necklaces to bracelets. The ones pictured above are more colorful and bold. While the ones below are great for a everyday look. Statement necklaces are one of my favorite accessories and Bauble Bar doesn't lack in that department. 


Tortoise shell is a classic to say the least. Both of these pieces take it to a new twist. These two pieces are very bold but very classic at the same time. Perfect for a preppy look. 


Also, Bauble Bar has some super cute bracelets. Both of these would be a great addition to a collection of stacking bracelets. The blue stones are not only bold but they are classic as well. Then of course when I saw this arrow bracelet I thought of my fellow Pi Phi sisters. 

So, this holiday season whether you want to treat yourself with some new found Christmas cash or you want to give a fabulous gift Bauble Bar is a great place to start!

Spotlight: Missglamorazzi Bauble Bar Collection

Spotlight: Missglamorazzi Bauble Bar Collection 

Missglamorazzi is one of my favorite Youtubers! So when I saw her Bauble Bar collaboration I was thrilled. The collection is filled with uber feminine pieces that reflect Ingrid's style perfectly. 



These gorgeous statement necklaces are a great addition to any outfit. The colored rhinestones are a great accent to a simple outfit. Or the more neutral options are perfect for a basic outfit. 





Tiny details like bow earrings and a cat ear ring are great for a more simple taste in jewelry. These delicate pieces are a great addition to a simple tee and jeans day.  


Rose gold is one of my favorites! These pieces are great for a stacking girl on the go. They match perfectly so you know you will always stack to perfection.
