Voting on which school to close and taking action on attendance criteria are on the agenda for the August 13, 2015 Lincoln-Way Board of Education meeting.  The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Lincoln-Way Central Fine Arts Center. Facing a financial deficit and placement on the State of Illinois financial watch list, the district must submit a deficit reduction plan to the State. Thanks to a free service from the Will County Recorder of Deeds you can now search Will County property sales and mortgage information online.  Searching by last name, you can find out information on the amount of money a property sold for.  The website also contains records of mortgages and mortgage releases.  Trust information is also available. Go to the Will County Recorder of Deeds Website to find records of property sales.  This is also a great tool for genealogy, as you can search your family's property transactions.  The records go back to 1967.
