Merry Christmas

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

Well, it was.  On Friday.  But, now the snow is gone!

THANK GOODNESS!!!

But, shhhhhhhhhhhh, don't tell Maya I said that.
She SOOOOO wants snow to play in but I could do without the white stuff.

Snow or no snow - Christmas is coming and I am excited!!!

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!!

Not the 'crazy commercial, stress about gifts' side of it.
The 'spend time with family and enjoy yourself, life is good' side of it, of course.

Anyway, enough rambling!

I do have some craftiness to show today.

Still participating in the Christmas online crop over at the Two Scrapbook Friends forum.  It is probably what is keeping my holiday festive feelings going.

Ann offered up a card recipe challenge....

1 white cardstock base
1 stamped image
1 use of dry embossing
1 fussy cut item

Combine on a beautiful Christmas card!

And here is my card using the fabulous Signature Christmas set from Clearly Besotted Stamps.

Merry Christmas

If you have yet to discover Stephanie Wincott's new endeavour, Clearly Besotted Stamps, you really MUST go and do it now!  Now only is Steph amazingly talented but she is one of the sweetest people out there.  And if that wasn't enough reason - her stamps are awesome!!

I was super thrilled to win a set from their Facebook page and I just had to play with it.

This card is a nod to Steph's style of cards.  Every time she makes a white on white one I just think it looks so elegant so I wanted to give it a go.  Not sure mine looks as good as hers do but a pretty good first attempt, I think.  I used the fabulous Signature Christmas set.  I just LOVE this set!!
