A really fun sketch this week and I LOVE this color combo.  Definitely colors that I will put together again! I'm joining the Gerda Steiner progressive monthly challenge featuring the December image Love you sew much - Bunny!   I started by printing the digital image onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White card stock.   The image was colored with Spectrum Noir and Copic Markers then layered onto designer papers from the Crate Paper Close Knit paper pad.  A machine stitched border and pearls finish the card. I have been away from the craftroom for a few days with the "bug" that everyone seems to be fighting!  I'm feeling so much better and couldn't wait to get back in the crafty mode.  I decided to start with the current SugarPea Designs challenge . My card features Easily A'Moose'd stamp set and matching dies.  This set is full of adorable images and "Moose" sentiments.  The scene was built using the SugarPea TreeScape SugarCut die and paper from their Happy Camper paper pad . I'm sharing a card for the current sketch and color challenge at Your Next Stamp .  My card features the YNS Perk Up stamp set.  What better set to feature for the Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop ! I started by stamping the image onto Stampin' Up! Whisper White cardstock and coloring with Spectrum Noir and Copic Markers.  The image was fussy cut and layered onto a snowflake vellum circle panel (also SU).   I have been seeing vellum used more lately and so I've felt the urge to dig out my stash and use it! I finished the card with Stampin' Up! rhinestones, silver cord and a machine stitched border.  Designer paper is from Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses paper pad.   I can't believe that it's already Day 6 of the Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop !   If you love coffee, tea or cocoa be sure to check it out. Sharing a card for the current sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  I thought the circle windows would be perfect for a shaker card.  I pulled out a retired coffee sentiment set from MFT called CS Coffee.  The coffee cups are from Gina Marie Coffee Words Stamp. Thanks so much for all of you who participating in the week long Holiday Chaos challenge over at Catch the Bug!  Be sure to check the blog for all of the winners. Today the design team is back with a new weekly challenge - Naked Stamping - No coloring but you can use colored ink.  My shaker card began by printing the Bugaboo Coffee Words Cup image onto vellum.   It's hard to see in the picture, but the top panel was dry embossed with a snowflake folder.   The border was created using Gina K Designs Fancy Foils from Therm O Web.  I love the added sparkle that the foil provides and it is SO easy!   To finish the card I added Gina K Designs Gingham Fancy Ribbon and snowflake brad. I'm joining this week's My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #361 .  The dog images are from MFT Lucky Dog and matching dies.  The "woof" sentiment is from the new MFT set New Best Friend.  My finished card is 4.25 square.

Our first challenge is "Merry & Bright".  I'm excited to see how you interpret this challenge!  My project is a gift tag for Bath and Body Works soap.  (Who wouldn't love this as a gift?!) Graciellie Design is hopping today with fabulous Holiday new release inspiration.  You can find all of the Holiday digital sets in the Digital Shop .  While you're there, check out the new SGV Winter Edition bundle at 50%.  No code needed. This month Graciellie Design is collaborating with Therm O Web and featuring the new Gina K Designs Holiday line .   My project features the new Therm O Web Fancy Foils and Foil Mates .  I had so much fun creating this glittery holiday ornament panel! I began by cutting the Foil-Mates panel to the desired size and a slightly larger panel of the Fancy Foils.  After layering I placed it in a folded plain sheet of paper then fed it through my Scotch Thermal Laminator.  It only takes a few seconds and you have a finished product. The poinsettia image from the new Christmas Poinsettias set was printed onto vellum, fussy cut, colored with Copic markers and Stickles were applied.  Prima leaves,...

The Bugaboo Design Team is sharing inspiration featuring images from the shop that you may have missed.  This one is called Polar Bear and you can pick it up for $1.00!  Isn't he adorable?  AND perfect for winter projects. One of the things that I love about working with digital images is the ability to resize.  To create this shaped card I printed the bear out at 5 inches tall!  He was fussy cut, colored with copic markers and adhered to Perfect Plum cardstock from Stampin' Up!  I fussy cut again around the card base to create the final shaped card.   The image was printed onto designer papers twice for the scarf.  I then paper pieced and attached the scarf.  Don't forget to mark your calendars for the Annual Holiday Chaos week of fun starting Saturday, December 2 at Catch the Bug.  There will be a new challenge each day and lots of prizes! It has been a very busy month so I'm sneaking in a last minute entry with SugarPea Designs challenge. My project started with SugarPea Best of Cluck stamp set and matching Sugar Cuts . I love this little set and can't wait to ink it up again!  The chicken images were stamped onto water color paper and colored with distress inks then die cut.  Sugar Cuts Farm Scapes was die cut for the background.  Distress inks were splattered on the base panel.  The fun sentiment is also from Best of Cluck.  A final size for this card is 4.25 square.
