Art Impressions Challenge #353 Midnight Snack

 

I'm playing along with the current challenge at Art Impressions.  We have been asked to include snacks in our project this week.

My card features the adorable Spring Chicken set.  I love the fun chicken images and sentiments in this set.  Great for so many occasions! 

The image was stamped onto X-Press It card stock and colored with alcohol markers.  After die cutting the image I sponged Memento Dandelion yellow ink for the background.  A coordinating sentiment was stamped and die cut with a MFT speech bubble die. The image has been layered onto various designer paper layers from Carta Bella Farm to Table paper pad.

Art Impressions is celebrating their 300th challenge this week!  I'm joining in the celebration with a fun birthday card featuring the AI Spring Chicken Set.

 

The image was stamped with my Misti onto water color paper.  It was colored and blended with Tombow markers then die cut.  A chicken wire emboss folder was used for the base panel.  I finished the card with a coordinating sentiment from the set and a few enamel dots.

Art Impressions Challenge #262 - Coffee Cards

I'm joining the current Art Impressions Challenge - Coffee Cards with their adorable Spring Chicken set.  Art Impressions has so many fun coffee themed sets.  It was hard to pick a set for this week's challenge.  

The chicken image was colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  Designer papers from Simple Stories Homespun paper pad was layered onto a Honeycomb emboss from Stampin' Up!  It reminded me of chicken wire.  The fence and grass dies are from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps.

Art Impressions Challenge #203 - Let's Watercolor

The current Art Impressions challenge

is watercolor.  I just received their new

Spring Chicken Set

and couldn't wait to ink it up!

(Love the attitude with this chick!)

So, I pulled out several different mediums 

and did a water color scene.

 I've had the wooden floor stamp for

a long time and not sure of the company.

The Art Impressions Haybales were also watercolored.
