Do you host an annual Halloween party or do you just love to leave out candy? McCall Manor has a great way to make a candy dish out of a fake pumpkin. What a fun idea!
Father's Day is in just over a week, and I thought you all might need some inspiration like I do. So, here are some last minute ideas that any father would love, but that don't require too much time. Some of them just require a trip to the store, and some of them can even be altered to make them go a bit quicker. For instance - use a paint pen instead of heat transfer vinyl. Lots of these ideas even have free printables included.
In the past, I've also made coordinating shirts for my hubby and son. Two years ago I made Star Wars shirts. Last year, we went with the superhero theme.
One other gift that we've done every year is taking pictures with our son and the letters to spell out "dad". I put it into a frame and "re-gift" it every year. He loves it! It's fun to look back at our now 5-year-old when he was just 9 months old holding the same letters.
What do you do for the special dads in your life? I'd love to hear your ideas!
Create. Craft. Love. used some tootsie pops to make these cute little bugs for a Valentine's treat. I know it's still January, but you could get a head start!
This is about the coolest cake I've ever seen. Hungry Happenings created this amazing cake shaped like a turkey, complete with stuffing and a candy filled inside. What a fun idea!
Cutesy Crafts made these adorable Halloween printables for lollypops! Wouldn't these be perfect for a Halloween party?!
Here's an activity that everyone in the family will love to do and then will especially love to eat!!!! Hoopla Palooza made these funny face witches with caramel and apples! One of my favorite Fall treats! Super yum!
I have to admit that I would rather have a bouquet of candy over a bouquet of flowers anyday! I love sugar! Creative Itch made this for her grandpa's funeral because he always had candy in his pocket to give away. I think that is a great tribute and I hope to have a candy bouquet at my funeral many years from now!!!! In the meantime, I'll accept a candy bouquet for any occasion:)
I think this is SUCH a great idea!!!!! Cute As A Fox posted about doing a cake pop fondue at a birthday party. I love fondue and i love the idea of doing it with cake pops!!!! Sounds like so much fun. This would be really fun for a teenager party too.
