Believe & Inspire has a tutorial for this fun hand embroidered pillow. It's so simple but just so dang cute!
Sum of their Stories has a great cardigan makeover. This is especially perfect since Valentine's Day is coming up soon. I love that all it took was some yarn!
With Valentine's within the next couple of days, you may be giving gifts to people you love, and perhaps, chocolate and flowers won't cut it. The gift of money is always LOVED. Crafty Journal shows you how to make folded hearts. Not only can you give money, but you can give it in a crafty way:)
Renew, Create, Restore has a loving spin on pallet art. She took old pallets and made 4 kinds of hearts on each one. Totally fun and super appropriate for Valentine's Day. I think my favorite hear it the string one!
I've been seeing these really fancy drawings and signs on chalkboards and wondered how they did that. I would never be able to draw all the fine likes with chalk. WELL, I discovered the secret (or maybe it was only a secret to me and you already know how to do it.) Little Birdie Secrets shows you how and it is simple! I love this heart wreath she made for Valentine's.
This pom-pom heart wreath from HoneyBear Lane looks almost good enough to eat. I think it reminds me of strawberry marshmallows! Soft and pretty!
I've seen some kissing balls that look amazing, but I'm a little bit smitten with this ruffled ball with a heart inside and the ruffled cupcake. And who doesn't think that a kissing ball being displayed inside a cloche is adorable? Positively Splendid is responsible for these beautiful Valentine's creations.
I've seen a few different versions of heart trees floating around. These would be perfect for Valentines and I think my kids could help me make them (which they would LOVE!) Lolly Jane created these babies!
Sometimes I think that Valentine's Day Decor is some of the toughest to pull off. That's why I just had to share these Paper Heart Trees By Ashbee Designs! They are the perfect blend of seasonal sophistication!
We are gearing up for Valentines Day at our house so I was delighted to find these fun free printables from Oh So Amelia. They would make great cards or wall art. Download them on her blog today.
Landee See, Landee Do has a quick, easy and adorable heart garland for Valentines. It's such a fun idea. I like the rest of her mantle too.
There are a few projects out there where a heart is put on the place you live within a state. I think this string art is very cool and not too immature! I could definitely see one for my home! This was created by Balancing The Dream.
I'm glad I saw these starched hearts just in time for Valentine's Day! They would look fabulous in a bunting or hanging on a tree! They would even be cute inside a special Valentine! Grow Creative shows you how!
How cute is this woven heart pillow for Valentine's? TOO cute! At Home In The Northwest created one after seeing it on pinterest! This is definitely going on my To Do List!
Projects that are interchangeable are some of my favorites. They save time and money. Besides being adorable for Valentine's Day, I love this clothesline hearts project from Artsy-Fartsy Mama because it is interchangeable. Shamrocks, Easter eggs, stars, ornaments, turkeys, etc. could be used on the clothesline depending on the holiday. It reminds me of fun specimen art with a little twist! It would be fun surrounded by a picture frame too!
There are so many things to do with conversation hearts. I've seen frames, wreaths and other item covered in conversation hearts. Thrive made big ones for her front door. She always has good ideas. I could see many different ways to use conversation hearts around the house with my kids! Maybe they would pick up their toys if it was written on a conversation heart!
I
love simple, yet cute decor for holidays. The Diary of Dave's Wife has an easy Valentine's decor that I could pull off! She framed a heart. Darling!
I love to find crafts that are super cute and creative AND that my kids can help me with! This paper chain in the shapes of hearts from Bless This Mess is perfect for Valentine's Day and it is something my kids would think is "cool." I think some of these will be showing up around my house soon!
