I am back to planning menus. Yesterday I had dinner planned and in the crockpot by 2pm. It made dinner time a breeze and left me time for an hour nap (I'm still tired and feeling like I'm on a rocking boat). I found most of my recipes from a blog, On My Menu, that April shared with us on Let's Gather in the Kitchen. Here's the rest of the week:

You wanna come cook for me?
I made those cinnamon pancakes last month and they were awful! Seriously. After baking a few and tasting them I threw the rest of the batter away.
I made my own batter for the pancakes and just added the swirl and the kids enjoyed them!
