Mother's Day

This Mother's Day was very nice! 
{they know me all too well!}

I was spoiled by the hubs {and kids!}, but it was appreciated :o)  They got me a Kindle Fire and it's awesome!!  As well as some beautiful flowers and these precious cards that they made at Maria's--- Love them!!


We then had breakfast with my mom and some family at Wildflower and then the girls went and got pedicures!!

{I got all of 5 of us, but the best part is that everyone was on their phones playing except Ms Kaila.  She was playing with the chair remote---she so desperately wants a phone, but it's not happening just yet. Ha!}


My mom, sister, Rob and I then went and saw a movie together and then Rob made me a phenonmenal steak dinner!!  We had steak kabobs, baked potatoes, corn, homemade mac & cheese, salad and break!!  It was so good...Outback, eat your heart out. Ha!

  And we got one :o)

I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband and great kids...they made my day very special and I am so grateful for them!!

It is with great pleasure to announce that I have completed my $1,000.00 Deal with my husband!  I got up with the boys on my own for at least 10 days and let him sleep and with that he offered me a $1,000.00!!  I may be exhausted out of my mind, but I am so excited to claim my prize and do some much needed pampering!! Highs & Lows of Surgery

Recovering after his surgery Thank you all for praying for Tyson, he is recovering great after a very long surgery Tuesday. Usually it takes a few days to close their chests back up after surgery, but his swelling was not too bad so, Dr. Nigro was able to close it on Wednesday, which is fantastic! He was doing really well with his breathing on the ventilator while trying to ween him off, that they decided to remove that Wednesday morning. After they removed it unfortnately, Tyson stopped breathing 5 different times within about 30-45 minutes after the ventilator was removed. The Nurses, Doctors and Respitory Therapists were still with him and were able to make him breathe again on his own after messing with and having to "bag" him. They believe that he still had the sedative medication in his blood stream and was not as awake enough. They gave him medication to reverse the effects of the sedative so that he would wake up which worked and he became stable. A few hours later

OH BELLY!!

Oh belly is right...well at least I think so!! We went to the OB on Monday and we're able to hear the heartbeats through the doppler and then the doctor and I started talking about the pregnancy and everything else and then the "weight talk" came up! I've only gained 5 1/2 lbs and she said she wants me to gain another 30 over the entire pregnancy...that seems like so much weight but I guess I have to remember there's two babies in this belly so I guess that's normal?! I wasn't planning on taking belly pictures because I just feel huge and not so cute, but I caved in and decided to take a few!! I'm going to have a friend take them for me but I was bugged and bugged to show it off now...so here they are. You may not think I'm getting big but I sure feel like I am!! I'm only 11 weeks but I feel huge!!
