2nd Hair-cut..

That's right, the boys have only had one haircut...until now that is.  Daddy was so graceously helpful and deicded to cut the boys hair for me.  I will admit at first, I wasn't happy---not one bit!  I loved Tyson's long blonde hair and Lincolns blonde curly fro.  Even my bff and co-workers were making fun of how upset I was.  I laugh at myself now, but at the time I was a mess---I obviously have lost my mind!!  Looking back I realize they needed it pretty bad!!! 

I think I was more upset because I didn't know it was happeneing because I was at work...when I walked in the door to Lincoln's being super short and Tyson's at an awkward lenght because he wasn't cooperating.  After some tears (yes, by mommy!), making someone feel horrible for "helping" and fighting sitting still to fix the hairstyles, they look adorable!!!  The Hubs totally redeemed himself and I really do love their haircuts :o)  Good job, babe!!

I should have taken a picture of both of them prior to "Fixing the hair" because then I could always have proof they got a bad haircut for giggles, but I was too upset and only got this one of Tys---it still makes me laugh, because it reminds me of Justing Bieber's hairdo!!

Even though they look more like "big boys", I love their new hair styles!!!

Adorable!! I think their hair is perfect either way! I love their long wild hair. I wish Rex's would grow!!

It is with great pleasure to announce that I have completed my $1,000.00 Deal with my husband!  I got up with the boys on my own for at least 10 days and let him sleep and with that he offered me a $1,000.00!!  I may be exhausted out of my mind, but I am so excited to claim my prize and do some much needed pampering!! Highs & Lows of Surgery

Recovering after his surgery Thank you all for praying for Tyson, he is recovering great after a very long surgery Tuesday. Usually it takes a few days to close their chests back up after surgery, but his swelling was not too bad so, Dr. Nigro was able to close it on Wednesday, which is fantastic! He was doing really well with his breathing on the ventilator while trying to ween him off, that they decided to remove that Wednesday morning. After they removed it unfortnately, Tyson stopped breathing 5 different times within about 30-45 minutes after the ventilator was removed. The Nurses, Doctors and Respitory Therapists were still with him and were able to make him breathe again on his own after messing with and having to "bag" him. They believe that he still had the sedative medication in his blood stream and was not as awake enough. They gave him medication to reverse the effects of the sedative so that he would wake up which worked and he became stable. A few hours later

OH BELLY!!

Oh belly is right...well at least I think so!! We went to the OB on Monday and we're able to hear the heartbeats through the doppler and then the doctor and I started talking about the pregnancy and everything else and then the "weight talk" came up! I've only gained 5 1/2 lbs and she said she wants me to gain another 30 over the entire pregnancy...that seems like so much weight but I guess I have to remember there's two babies in this belly so I guess that's normal?! I wasn't planning on taking belly pictures because I just feel huge and not so cute, but I caved in and decided to take a few!! I'm going to have a friend take them for me but I was bugged and bugged to show it off now...so here they are. You may not think I'm getting big but I sure feel like I am!! I'm only 11 weeks but I feel huge!!
