Taylored Expressions December Sneak Peek

Hello!!  It's Sneak Peek time over at Taylored Expressions and boy do we have a fun week of projects for you!  It's Petite-a-Palooza this week and TE is releasing 12 new petite set and 9 of them have coordinating die sets to help you make quick and easy projects. 

We're also featuring You Take the Cake, which will be available for purchase, along with all the petite sets tomorrow morning at 8 AM PST.

I have 2 sneaks for you today - first up is You Take the Cake.  You may remember this set as a bonus set during TE's big birthday bash.  It is a compilation set with images from all of the TE illustrators.

I used this fun birthday present image and stamped it in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored it with Copic Markers.  The patterned papers are Hootenanny 6x6 from My Mind's Eye. 

Next up, I have a fun, and super sweet petite set called Plane Awesome, which is illustrated by the talented Doug Applegate for the Apple Doodle Ink line of stamps.  This set also comes with coordinating dies, so cutting out these adorable airplanes is a snap!

I went clean and simple for this card, using Clean & Simple Stamping's FTL219 sketch for the layout.  I used Choice Snow White Card Stock for the base of the card and then cut out some clouds with the Cloud Duo Dies.  I stamped the airplane on red card stock and then cut it out with the coordinating die, which comes with the set - so cute!  I added a Grass Border and Picket Fence to complete my little scene.  So fun and easy to put together.
