MFT New Product Tour

It's time!!  All of the new stamps and Die-namics are now available at the MFT Boutique!  I'm sharing a card using Spider Web Die-namics & Stamp Set.

I made a pretty clean and simple card today - no patterned paper for this one.  I started by cutting out some Tangy Orange Card Stock with the Peek-a-Boo Trio Die-namics and then trimmed it to show only 2 open circles.  I'll show you how I did that in a second.  Then I cut out the Spider Web Die-namics in Grapesicle Card Stock and the spider in Black Licorice Card Stock.  I cut out the letters in Grape Jelly Card Stock with the High-Rise Alphabet Lowercase Die-namics and added a couple Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX Die-namics for a little accent.

The inside is stamped with a sentiment from Spider Web Sentiments and I added another spider with black thread for a little web.

Here is a fun way you can trim any Die-namics that is symmetrical.  I use this technique for many of the border Die-namics, like Simply Scallops Medium Die-namics and Flower Border Die-namics

First, cut out the die as-is:

Next, choose what size you'd like to cut the die - I chose to use 2 circles, but you can opt to use one circle as well.  Place the die cut back inside the Die-namics.  I left 2 circles inside the die and have one hanging outside:

Then run it through your die cutting machine, just enough to cut the one end:

Now you have two finished sides of the die - and you just tripled the fun!

Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog for a complete list of all the designers playing along tonight AND you can see all the new goodies!

You can now find all of these new goodies in the MFT Boutique:
