My dear friend, DeAnn, did something really really brave for this new year.

She let some of her friends "encourage" her to make a video and enter it into the "YEAR OR YOU" contest.

If she wins, she'll get to experience Fitness Ridge this year.
I know too well what this can do for a person.

And DeAnn deserves this.
