No.10 ... hair options

I have posted several times by now about how I make a print of my painting and test  a couple of things when I am not sure what direction to take.... particularly with hair.

So for today, I want to share that part of the process for my face No. 10 in the 29 faces.

I painted on wood (video coming soon!) and made a few different styles to look at and decide.

I love wind blown hair, it is so much fun to paint/draw ... but long "quiet" hair is sweet too. Which will it be?   ;o)

Frida's Blue Bird House

This is Frida's blue hose. If Frida was a bird. Or if a birdy named Frida lived here... Because it is a real working bird house.
...Or you can just keep it as part of the decor. It can also be used as a fancy outhouse (for a tiny midget). Maybe not.

Well in any case, I listed this original and colorful piece. It is one of those projects that took a while to finish then I didn't know where to list it,  but finally here we go!

Painted in all 4 sides as shown. I love painting on wood. See it HERE

I also listed a wood mini paint on ebay HERE

I am listings new mini paintings in my etsy store. I showed a WIP some posts ago, and they turned out very nice. Bright colors and lots of texture!
Here are some more that I will upload a bit later:

As for my traveling doll project... I am finishing sanding the feet, but I just can't get a good picture! I wanted to take one of the sanded foot and the un-sanded, but looks like a ghost. The paperclay doesn't like to be photographed by me :oP

Reworking, relisting and rethinking

Based on a video from Deb Company HERE in youtube, I decided to do some reworking on a painting that I had sitting on a drawer for a while. I liked her eyes and shadowing, but nothing else. So.... I went to repaint, change the idea, colors and the good thing is that I remembered on time to take a picture. This is the result, what do you think?

I also will be listing more on Etsy, as opposed to be relisting on ebay... which by the way, have you seen THIS etsy store? I think Cat makes the sweetest polymer babies and now she is offering painted artistic boxes.

Do you have your list of goals for next year? I am still working on mine. :oD
But I am rethinking about eating more chocolate...
can that actually be a goal?? LOL
