Abby was running and attempted a cartwheel. Simple trick with devastating consequences.
She was in pain so Todd took her to urgent care and they took an x-ray and it looked broken but she would need to see an orthopedic so we made the appointment and low and behold, she had broken her thumb.
That's right...6 days before her State Piano audition.

Needless to say it was a tough life lesson but she survived and will try again next year.
