All I want for Christmas...

 

Today we took our annual trip over to Peteeneet for a visit with Santa and the Train Show.

 

As we were leaving home, Cooper decided he better make a list for Santa so he didn't forget anything.  Santa was so impressed with Cooper's list - he said he was genius!!

 

Spencer didn't want to sit on Santa's lap this year - how sad - and Gavin was hanging out with a friend instead of sitting on Santa's lap - how double sad.

 

 

I hope they get what they asked for!!!

 

 



Audrey Deschamps

 

 

Today our adorable little Cousin Audrey Anne Deschamps was born.  She weighed 8lbs 12oz - and is a healthy little girl.

 

Welcome to our family Audrey!!  We love you.

Oh Christmas Tree...

 

I saw this idea on Pinterest they other day and decided we would make Christmas Trees instead of Graham Cracker Houses this year - and it was a hit - and MUCH easier!!!

 

 

Bad (Cute Little) Dog!!

 

Gavin is known at school as the "tie guy" becuase he wears a navy blue zippered tie to school every day - rain or shine.

 

Well, today we came home from church and found that Gavin had left his beloved tie a little to close to Jack the Ripper - and it was eaten.  (See first photo below.)  There was NO way he could continue wearing the tie that had been chewed up - he was an emotional mess for the rest of the day.

 

So, the LOVING mother that I am and try hard to be, went to Walmart today and found Gavin a new tie - in his favorite color - PINK!!! 

 

How it touched my soul to see the happiness return to my eldest son's face.
