When I was young I hated going to Track Meets - I always came in last and would even start bawling as I walked off the track because I came in dead last, and was so embarrassed. So, when Gavin told me his was coming up I shuddered - but he was SO excited.

Yesterday morning I drove over to the Track to meet him and almost started crying because my little boy is getting so big!!! He did such a good job and tried his best - it was so much fun to watch him race - I am so proud of him.

Supercross

This past Saturday was the Salt Lake Supercross - there hasn't been one in Salt Lake for quite a while now so it was quite a treat. Dave took Gavin because he is really into Supercross lately, so I took Cooper, Spencer and our cousins to Jumpin' Jacks (Dave had the camera so I didn't get any pictures of us though). Gavin really enjoyed the race even though it was quite rainy - he came home and told us ALL about it. :)
