Hi there! Hope you are having a great week! Today I have a layout to share featuring a photo of sweet Meredith that was taken nearly 10 years ago while we were on vacation:
I challenged myself to create using the fun color palette for this week's ColourQ color challenge:
I don't own pretty patterned papers featuring that particular color scheme so I pulled out a variety of beautiful ColourArte products and added lots of color to a sheet of 13arts patterned paper:
I added a lot of design to the background using various stencils, stamps and the following ColourArte products: Radiant rain Shimmery Mist: RR-29525 Elderberry, RR-26408 Teal Zircon and RR-29526 Honey Dew as well as Radiant Gel Dimensional Paint Coral Berry:

Along with a trio of various blossoms from my stash and some die cut foliage:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Let's Get Sketchy Sketch Challenge:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you enjoy the rest of your week!
Be Sweet ;)

Hi there! Any fun plans for the weekend? I have been traveling out of town for one reason or another over the past few weeks so it will be great to be spending time at home this weekend :) Today I have a layout to share featuring a photo of my sweet boy Griffin :)
Griffin is the sweetest boy dog that's ever owned me :)
Just look at those eyes! They scream I'm so adorable :)
To create this layout, I randomly splattered various ColourArte Radiant rain Shimmering Mists on the background:
I embellished with die cut leaves that were misted with ColourArte Radiant rain Seafoam Shimmering Mist along with a variety of flowers from my stash:
I used the following vibrant and shimmery ColourArte Radiant rain Shimmering Mists: RR-26466 Fern, RR-29526 Honey Dew, RR-29527 Seafoam:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Sketchabilities sketch challenge:
and for color inspiration, I joined along with the February Scrap Around the World challenge:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

Hi there! Any big weekend plans? Today I had the day off from work so I helped Angie paint a kitchen table and chairs set then we delivered it to her store and rearranged things. I took some time to make a layout featuring a photo of sweet Angie and her puppy Brooklyn:
This photo was taken months ago when Brooklyn was just a puppy:
I started with a pretty piece of patterned paper from 13arts then added lots of texture using modeling paste and ColourArte Primary Elements PE-230 Pink Crocus powder along with a stencil. I applied some ColourArte Silks Acrylic Glaze Pink Grapefruit SLK-116 randomly to the background as well:
I had a lot of fun embellishing with flowers from my stash along with die cut leaves, foliage, a doily and a trio of butterflies:
For additional texture, I applied gel medium along with 13arts Glass Filler:
I joined along with the following challenges:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the Let's Get Sketchy Week #1 sketch challenge:
For color inspiration, I joined along with this week's colour me...! color challenge:
and I also joined along with this month's 13arts challenge which is a BINGO style challenge: I chose a diagonal BINGO starting in the upper left corner using 13arts Glass Filler, Scrapbook Paper and Modeling Paste:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great Friday!

Hi there! Today I have a mixed media style Valentine's Day card to share featuring lots of texture:
For color, I combined the following various ColourArte Silks Acrylic Glazes: SLK-140 Bolivian Blue, SLK-148 African Jade and SLK-121 Stargazer:
To create texture to the background, I used texture paste along with the MFT Brick Wall stencil and Golden Gel Beads:
The trio of die cut grungeboard hearts were covered with crackle paste. Once dry, ColourArte Silver Bells Silks Acrylic Glaze was applied to give the hearts a shimmery metallic appearance:
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current cardabilities sketch challenge:
I was inspired by the metallic hearts in the current Fusion challenge inspiration photo:
and for the theme inspiration, the current Mixed Media Card Challenge LOVE themed challenge:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great Tuesday!
