Shabby Chic Calendar

Good morning all.

I think we had everything weather-wise yesterday, a day to stay at home! Made a start on the tidying and cleaning ready for the Christmas tree going up.

I spoke to my Aunt and Uncle the other night and my cousin is much improved but will probably need to go through the operation again as they found a second valve which needed replaced during the first op but couldn't go ahead without his permission...the first valve will have to be replaced too so that both valves are the same!! You couldn't make it up!

A calendar to share today.

Made with a Melissa Frances kit to which I've added butterflies, small flower ribbons from my stash. Ivy die cut is a Signature die from Joanna Sheen. Border punch from Martha Stewart. Backing paper from K&Co. Calendar blank tab from Hobbycraft.

Challenges entered:
Decorate to Celebrate - anything 3D
Penny's Paper Crafty - anything but Christmas
All Crafts Challenge - anything but a card
Not Just Cards - anything goes
Sugar Creek Hollow - no cards

Wedding (no 3) Stationery

Good morning all.

Finally got all the wedding stationery photos sorted! Apologies this is very photo heavy.

The theme was shabby chic and there was lots of recycling going on.
Wedding invite, paper from Nitwits printed onto parchment card, dies from Spellbinders. All wording computer generated using Mom's Typwriter font. Wooden heart buttons from Ebay tied with recycled string. RSVPs were made the same as the topper of the invite without the button.

Wedding Post Box made using an old wooden crate, lined with paper from Nitwits. Flower made with my flower loom (a relic from my childhood!). Tag from Spellbinders. Wooden Mr and Mrs banner from East India Company.

Table plan, wire heart was borrowed from bride no 2. Dies all from Spellbinders. Wooden pegs and hessian bow from Hobbycrafts.

I decorated mini milk bottles for the tables using oddments of lace, string and buttons....this crate full was used for the top table.

Decorated jam jars used for tea lights and table nos. Wedding favours doubled as place name tags. Dies all from Spellbinders. Flower made on the flower loom. Mr & Mrs tag from East of India Company.

and to end...a photo of me and my niece.

Magnolia-licious

Been school shoe shopping today, always a nightmare as darling daughter has very wide feet and no interest in shoes!!! My last comment before leaving home was put socks on and make sure theres no holes in them - so why was she revealing a good square inch of bare sole to everyone when trying shoes on!!! Kids - love em but couldn't eat a whole one! Did manage shoes, trainers and some new socks and didn't need a morgage to pay for them though.

Onto crafty things now, I made this card last night and left it overnight to be given some finishing touches.

Using my Tilda with butterfly stamp again, Tilda is coloured with watercolour pencils. Backing paper is from Bearly Mine, ribbon is from Hobbycraft, flowers from WOC, Hobby craft and my stash. Tag is a Doo Hickey die, butterfly and doiley from Joanna Sheen. Card is finished with pearls and lace from my stash.
This is the inside:

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
Stamptacular Sunday - Magnolia-licious
Cupcake - lots of layers
Just Magnolia - Happy Birthday
Bearly Mine - Inside out
DYSU - Scallops
Aud Sentiments - Anything goes
Magnolia Mania - Butterfly
