Cheering.

--The Columbus Enquirer is charred by the most gratifying verbal reports of the present condition of General Hood's army. Recruits are pouring in daily in large numbers, and the spirit of the men is greatly better than it has been at any time since July. The visit of the President has aroused much enthusiasm, and patriotic emulation among the several commands has now taken the place of the bickering that were so prevalent a short time ago.
