Spurs for Gen. Morgan.

--Yesterday afternoon a pair of splendid spurs, manufactured from solid silver, were presented to Gen. John H. Morgan at the Ballard House.--They bore the following inscription: "Presented to Gen. John H. Morgan by his admiring friends of Danville, Va. " The General was highly delighted with this appropriate and useful token of admiration. The spurs were made by Mr. F. Laborre, of this city, and presented by the Mayor of Danville.
