Rolling a washerwoman.

--A negro follow called Joe, slave to Robert Oliver, was arrested at an early hour yesterday morning for having in his possession eleven wet sheets, and a bundle of fags, which he had evidently stolen from some hospital or washerwoman. After a variety of stories as to how he got possession of them, the Mayor continued his examination till this morning, to enable the officers to discover the owner.
