--Some suitable place in which to confine youthful and female prisoners, other than the jail. The demoralization of the times is sad, by affecting the youth of cities, and unless steps, are taken to save them from the contaminating influence of the thieves, murderers, and robbers that now fill up the public jails, we shall soon be overrun by the very worst of characters.
