Jackson, Miss., June 29,
vis Mobile 25.--A small party of twenty Yankees captured a freight train at Brookhaven, the station on the Jackson and New Orleans railroad, 58 miles South of Jackson. They burned the train and them left, taking the road East, towards Monticello.

The firing at Vicksburg ceased at 7 o'clock this evening.
