Later from Europe

--Liverpool dates to the 11th, and Queenstown to the 12th of June have been received. In the House of Commons Mr. Cunningham has suggested opening of negotiations for suppressing the slave trade in the Southern States. The new steamship Southerner, suspected of being a privateer, was searched; but it not being proved she was released.
