Lunacy.

--Joseph Grady, an old resident, appeared before the Mayor yesterday to answer the charge of lunacy, and of cruelty and unkindness to his wife. The evidence showed that the accused was sometimes guilty of very silly conduct, and that his unkindness to his better half had continued at intervals for many years. To make matters entirely certain his Honor adjourned the investigation till to-morrow, for absent witnesses, and required Grady to give bail for his appearance, and to keep the peace.
