Prisoners arrived.

--The prisoners captured by Major Balley, in his brilliant cavalry dash on Somerville, the county seat of Nicholas, on Friday last, arrived in Lynchburg Thursday night. They number sixty-two privates and four commissioned officers, among them Lieut.-Col. Starr, the commandant of the place at the time of its capture. Dr. Rucker is not among the number, having been detained at the Salt Sulphur Springs, the authorities not having decided whether he shall be treated as a spy or a prisoner of war.
