--For the first time in ten or fifteen years, there was a regimental parade in Charlotte, N. C., on Saturday last. The Sixty-Eighth Regiment of North Carolina militia, composed of fourteen companies, (about eleven hundred men,) under Col. J. Y. Bryce, turned out, and was drilled for several hours,
