Intercourse with the New Confederacy.

--An order has been promulgated by the "Confederate States of America" to the effect that on and after February 28 invoices must accompany all goods sent into those States, according to the custom now in force concerning all exports to foreign countries. The States to which this order applies are South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.
