The Recorder,

on Saturday, discharged J. Brattles of a frivolous accusation of larceny, of a number of window sash. Henry Williams was held to bail for threatening to assault J. S. Thompson. James Skipper, free, was ordered thirty-nine, and ninety days labor on the public works, for not having "his papers," and threatening to assault Mrs. Ryan. John Welch, free, got 25 lashes, and was committed for want of a register.
