Oh wow, great card !
I'm from Belgium, and you know, the "vintage rusty metal plaque" : we had to put them on our bikes (on the wheels), as a sort of tax-plaque. We don't have to do that anymore.
It immediatly caught my attention. What a great and original way to use it in your card !!!
