Buttermilk Crust

Okay here is that recipe for the chicken pot pie.

1 cup self-rising flour (or 1 cup flour + 1/2 tsp salt and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 cup buttermilk (I think that is a little much so I usually do 2/3-3/4 cup buttermilk and the rest milk)
1/2 melted butter

Cook att 425 for 25 min. We love it!
