In blender add:
3 c milk
1 T. unsweetened cocoa
3 very frozen bananas
Blend up and there ya go! And I don't have a fancy blender!
Helpful hint: When my bananas are just over ripe or really ripe, I peel them, break them in half, and place them in a freezer zip lock bag so that I have them on hand for this, smoothies, banana bread, or whatever.

The Great White Slush
As much as I love the frappe, I thought I would try something new for Mother's Day. This is really good! For everyone who has been to Pace's in Bountiful, this tastes like what they use to make a fresh lime rainbow. Yum!
6-oz. can of frozen limeade concentrate
10 cups water
3 cups sugar
Bring this to a boil. Cool and freeze.
Pull out 1-2 hours ahead of time and then after it has melted a little bit, add a 2-liter or Sprite.
Easy! Good!

Frappe
This is a yummy drink we like to make for new years or any other time I can find a good excuse.
2-liter or Sprite or 7-up
Sherbet any flavor
Mash the sherbet up and mix in the soda until it is at a constancy you like. (I prefer it to be more milkshake-ish but David like more Sprite, so whatever works).
It is YUMMY!!!
