Dawson's Blessing Day!

The first weekend in January was an emotional one for our family.  On Saturday, we celebrated the life of Scott's Aunt Marj who passed away after battling pancreatic cancer.  Her service went wonderfully.  Scott's mom (Marj's only sister/sibling) shared some of their experiences together and Matt & Lesli (Scott's cousins) also shared memories of their mom.  We laughing, we cried, we certainly miss Aunt Marj.

The following day, Sunday, we blessed Dawson.  Scott gave Dawson a beautiful blessing and it was so nice to be surrounded by family and friends. Scott's sister, Ashley, who was in town for the funeral was  able to stay long enough to be there for the blessing. We were glad to have her there!  Thank you to all who came and participated! We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful family!
