Pink Tag by Romy

Hi there!

It's Romy here today and I would like to show you a pink tag I made with the gorgeous Newport and Barn Market collections. It may not be a secret anymore that pink is my absolute favourite colour, so I had lots of fun making this tag. 

The papers are a lovely mix of soft pink, dark pink and brown papers from the beautiful Barn Market and Newport collections. The lovely image in the centre of my tag was cut out from one of the Barn Market papers, as were the pretty butterflies.

Scrapbooking tag from Marta Lapkowska + workshops VIDEO

It's Marta Lapkowska here.

I am so excited to be back to you with some new small project and... yes and video with my UK workshops.

I had a wonderful opportunity to teach some mixed media based classes in Middlesbrough in UK.

One of the workshops - mixed media scrapbooking layout was based on Riddersholm Papers. You can see the video from from the whole weekend where I will talk to you through the whole 3 days of my journey.

Big Hugs | Gift Set (Box & Tag)

Hello everyone, do you enjoy these beautiful autumn days? :) Today I (Dunja) have a small set with the beautiful papers from Riddersholm for you. A small gift box that I've made with the Dutch Doobadoo Pumpkin Stencil and a small tag.

I have used design papers from the Vintage Venture Collection for the box. The basic is white cardstock. I cut two tags and fixed them at the bow. 

I embossed the box with Frantage Shabby White and used a few sequins for the deco.

The tag is made with the same paper of Riddersholm. It has also been embossed and decorated with punched parts and flowers. Likewise, a small banner, sequins and a button ..

God aften.

 Jeg har lavet et lille tag med stempler og gips figur.

Stemplerne er er fra Aladine mine absolut 

favorit stempler, de forandre sig aldrig og bliver ved med 

at være lige klar i trykket. 

Papiret er fra Turquoise Hill's og bånd 

og gips forme er også fra shoppen.

There's a Rose in Love's Garden for You

Hi! Cathi here again using gorgeous Riddersholm Huntington Gardens papers and tags! I just love all the tag cut out sheets that are included with the collections. 

Here I was able to use some tags as part of the title, as part of my terrarium embellie background and I fussy cut one of the butterflies to use on its own. So versatile and they really add a lot of depth and dimension to a layout!

I used a lot of different media for my background, including my favorite Sandy Stone Shimmerz Texturez which I used a mask with for a gorgeous pattern around the layout. I then added some gesso and various ink splatters!

The little cutie is my eldest daughter looking a bit like a pixie out in our garden long long ago! I tucked in gorgeous Prima flowers and wood embellies and had fun with twine twisting around the layout. I finished it off with stitching along the edges.

Et lille tag i forårs farver

Hej alle
Selv om der ligger sne uden for vinduet - så er det så skønt at kl. nu snart er 17 i lille Danmark før solen går ned. Dagene BLIVER længere :o)
Så jeg er i forårs humør og fik lavet et lille tag med Vintage Venture.

Guest designer for Flying Unicorn

Hello  RD readers
All of June I have had the honour to be Gurst designer for the American shop Flying Unicorn. Alda asked me if I would and, yes, yes  I am so glad to be asked. But whau I am not very productive. So a bit of a challenge. Also for me to incorporate unknown stuff from the most amazing kits has been shaking my up. I guess its a good thing :o)

Well here is the first in a row that i will show you. A tag made with Tailgate Marked (off course) Petaloo flowers, Julie Nutting stamp, I like them they are really cute and comletely new for me.

I´ve made a little purple tag with the Fall Flea Market papers and dies from Spellbinders, Cherry Lynn, and Tim Holtz

Hang It Up

Most often I find myself creating something that can hang in my craft room for inspiration, pops of color and gives me a little pick-me-up on those down days.

This set today does it all.  Featuring beautiful Riddersholm ribbon, papers, tags and the amazing new mulberry flowers.  Layers of leaves, which I adhered to a die cut circle wreath, sprinkled with adhesive pearls and topped with one layered flower.  Here is how you create this flower.

Begin by using one of these flowers.  Remove the green leaf portion of the flower, unless you like the green color on the flower petals.  Soak in a shallow bowl of water until the flower is wet.  Set on a towel or napkin.  Carefully begin spreading the petals out from the center.  The bottom two layers will remove themselves.  Allow to dry.  For the second flower follow my post HERE.  Once both flowers are dry, adhere together.
