Summer holidays are nearly there, time to reward teachers for their hard work all year with our kids. Here in Ireland but also in Poland we have this nice tradition of giving small gifts to the teachers. Today I would like to present chocolate boxes. which are also some form of a handmade card.

Today I would like to show you card with a cage and a nest.

The nest and small eggs are handmade.

Easter cards

Today I am bringing you two Easter cards. 

First card I've made with Vintage Venture paper The main theme is chipboard.

 Second card is made in C&S style. I wanted to use this beautiful Tailgate Marked paper with feathers. This time paper graphic is the main theme rather than added elements.

A Christian essence

Hi there,

Easter is coming and you need to know that in Poland we celebrate it in quite religious way. I believe it's a bit different to other countries where it is more like spring holiday.

As you can imagine my cards have more to do with the Christians essence of the Easter. Last few years I have created Easter cards which are simple but at the same time reminds about what those days are about. Therefore I decided to show simplicity and dignity at once to get that strong effect.

I found Riddersholm Design papers very useful as a background for that cross made of two ordinary sticks painted white.

Elegant card

Hi there,

Today I would like to show you multilayer card. Edges were specially treated to get this aged effect. At the same time I used elegant borders on the top and bottom to make it more stylish.

The centre of the card is a piece of Vintage Venture paper which was cut out with the oval die. Around the frame I added various flowers. I also added some white delicate pearls. And at the end I splashed it with white ink.

There is Grandma’s and Grandpa’s Day in Poland 21 and 22 January

This year, for last two week I have created a lot of cards with photos of children.. Card with photos are practically picture frame at the same time. I hope they will make each granny and grandpa happy. Cards will also be a great decoration on the shelves.
