I made two romantic cards for you today.

This is my last post on RD blog, because I'm leaving the Design Team.
It was a great time and a very talented girls who I met and liked.
Thank you so much to the owner, Connie, for the extraordinary time and the best adventure of my life - my workshops in Denmark. I wish you good luck, great success and excellent projects.

Cherry here with a fun bright design for you today!  I was craving some red...my favorite color.  I started with this sweet image from the Flea market collection.  Love that sassy dress she has on.   I used papers from A Christmas Story.   They have such versatility and can be used for more than just Christmas.    I wanted to try something a little different and used the Open rose flowers as a sort of skirt under my bracket.  Kinda sassy.  Hope you enjoy!  Cherry

Dreamer..

Hello there Cherry here for Riddersholm Designs.   I have been having fun lately with using mini index cards for my greeting card base.  So fun to deck out with gorgeous goodies from RD.  I used papers from the Fall Flea Market  and  Huntington Gardens.  The Little forever and equator direction is also from the collections.  I added a gorgeous Ornamental chipboard piece as my base piece and added vintage lace around the whole index card with a vintage belt buckle slid through.  I also added a sweet little bird I painted with Krylon spray paint to my banner.  Love how the RD papers work so well with vintage goodies in my stash!  Hope you enjoy!  hugs, cherry

Jeg har lavet et kort med Chantilly Dawn, Flea fall market og Vintage pink. Jeg har brugt den nye Sizzix dies  Gullian og Arbor, pyntet med glossy accent som vanddråber på blomsten.

Jeg har brugt træpapir med tekst fra Fall flea market som baggrund hvor på jeg har våd embosset hvide mursten. 

Blomsterne er Ink-it og de hvide blode har jeg penslet med MS glitterlim og drysset med klart glitter. Bling er fra Want2scrap og stemplet er fra JustRite.

Giving thanksgiving cards is a tradition.

In Poland at the end of June the school year ends and on this occasion I prepared a set for teachers consisting of cards in a box.

I made it from  Chantilly Dawn collection.

Chantilly Dawn layout with Nadia!

Hi there everyone. 

It's Nadia Cannizzo here with you today!

I wanted to show you a layout I created using one of my favourite collections, Chantilly Dawn!

For this layout, I used the Chantelle paper as my base, and mounted it onto the Chanelle paper which is a beautiful rich purple and gold, to create a contrast. 

I then used gesso on the Chantelle paper because I wanted a more neutral background. 

I used a Prima marketing mask (Brick Wall and Circle Lattice) , together with some pastel brown ink and thicker gesso to create the patterns on my background. 

I then applied strips of Chantelle and Chanelle paper, together with mesh tape and masking tape to create more texture on my background. 

 The white flowers are Riddersholm Design Ink It flowers . I simply inked them with a soft brown colour.The rest of the flowers are a mixture of older and new Prima Marketing flowers.  

The writing you can see above, is Kaisercraft rub ons which I had difficulty removing from the plastic so decided to just stick them down with the plastic in place. 

I really LOVED altering the chipboard you can see behind the picture. It is called Name Plate Plaque and it is from Twiddleybitz! To alter it, I applied 2 coats of gesso and let it dry. I then used Tattered Angels Glimmer Glaze in Indian Summer to coat the whole piece well. Once that dried, I applied Viva Decor Inka Gold in Gold colour to give it a shiny and textured finish. This product is awesome and it is a very thick paste which dried quickly and gives embellishments an instant aged look. I applied it with my finger tips i random places.  Because the Gold was actually a little strong for this layout, once it dried I went over it with a few dabs of a Pastel Brown Chalk Fluid from Prima. 

I used Cheery Lynn's Nautical Wheeler Doily die and Collette paper to create the doily you can see above. 

 Just above you can see in the background I have used a stamp. It is from the Riddersholm Designs shop and it is called Beauty Advert . 

The little love heart is from Prima Marketing Vintage Findings collection. 

To create black splatters quickly, I used Tattered Angels Black Magic mist and splattered it in random places.

Farm Girl Friday June

For this months Farm Girl Fridays challenge Connie have challenged us to make something with a baby theme, baby pink and baby blue, invitations for baby shower ore anything baby, it could be cute baby anything.
This one is for Nadia that resently got the cutest little girl, congratulations.

Papiret er Vintage pink.

Denne måneds opgaver er dedikeret til Nadias lille baby og denne æske er lavet med Nadia i tankerne. Nadia er super dygtig til at bruge modelling paste og gesso, og her er mit forsøg ud i det. Jeg har brugt et af de store Wycinanka chipboard, masser af Ink-it blomster og diverse pynt.
