Unveil your fear

That day, I came across a saying that says that high performers call their fears -- stress.
So the speaker is saying that when we say we're stressed out, we have to dwell deeper to find out what we might be fearing about. When we identify that fear, we could then find the tools to deal with it.

So I thought I would sketch it out, you know, unveiling your fear like an onion, shedding off the layers of stress as we unravel and take a good look at our fears.

When you unveil your fear (to yourself at least), tension will lessen.

'Stress', when unveiled, buds from 'Fear'.
If you experience chronic stress, you must find out what the fear is about.

I'm Victor

watch my self-made clip.

last week, i was listening to a sermon about turning the "victim" mentality around.
then i realized that if you change the "I'm" and give it an option ( 'or'), you can turn yourself from victim to victor.

the word "or" is powerful.
it prompts us to delve into our brains for alternatives. for alternative views, choice, to look at it another way.

Or.

Victor.

Nuggets of Wisdom

If you're looking for Singa, they are available at the Post Office.

Found Singa outside the library.

How true. A few times, I had just said something that I thought was normal but the person burst into tears. Sometimes, some people are having much pressure with their lives ( or work). Upon hearing a genuine, caring remark, they could be touched by kindness.
