Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra: Gift Box

Hi there! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

I have this cute cut file from My Scrap Chick that I couldn't wait to put together so I gathered some supplies that I got from Shop Pumpkin Spice and got to work.

This gingerbread belly box is so cute!! It is from the Christmas Belly Box set from My Scrap Chick. I started with some Bazzill Kraft Cardstock and cut the base of my box. I used some My Mind's Eye Winter Wonderland 6x6 papers for the hat on my ginger. I ran the brim through my Cuttlebug with the D'Vine Swirls embossing folder. I added a button and some bakers twine to the hat. I created the pom pom with some Caribbean Baker's Twine by The Twinery .

This cute face was created with PK-1202 The Moodies 2 1/4" faces. Glossy Accents were added to the eyes for a little shine.

With the holiday coming this is a fun way to give a yummy treat!

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra: Card

Hi There! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a cute card that was made with products from Shop Pumpkin Spice.

I found this cute pumpkin teapot file from KaDoodle Bug Designs and knew I wanted to make a card with it. I got out my papers from My Mind's Eye Happier 6x6 paper pad and some scraps from Echo Park Paradise Beach and put this cutie together. For some texture I ran my orange pieces through my Cuttlebug with the D'Vine Swirls embossing folder. I added a Jute bow with a hand-cut tag that was stamped with a sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps Mini Messages set.

For the inside of my card I created a pocket with some more of these cute My Mind's Eye papers. I added a rick rack border to the pocket using the Chevron/Rick Rack die from Scrappy Moms Stamps. I though a packet of Chia tea would be perfect to pass on to a friend.

You can still find some great papers and embellishments at Shop Pumpkin Spice and the Pumpkin Spice Ebay store. Go check out these fun items and so much more.

Come back Saturday to see what all the designers have created for the Shop Pumpkin Spice Monthly Blog Hop!

Thank you for joining me today.

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Treat Box

Hi There! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

I decided to get out an older Halloween line from My Mind's Eye to create a treat box for you.. This Black Bird Collection has some really fun papers.

I used a cute file from Pretty Papers Pretty Ribbons called Happy Pumpkin Treat Bag.

This came out really cute even though my sentiment is crooked. I would have made another since this was so easy to put together but I didn't have enough orange paper. *Note to self: Stamp the sentiment before putting the box together! :) My sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps "A Haunting We Will Go!"

There is a pumpkin challenge going on right now. Hurry and link up your pumpkin projects HERE.

Thanks for joining me today!

I added some MME Winter Wonderland Twine this his hat and topped it with a coordinating brad. I added a sentiment and my card was complete.

These papers were released last year and have been one of my favorite Christmas/winter papers! Guess what? They are still available at Shop Pumpkin Spice AND they are on sale!!

Hi There! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

This cute little chick is a SVG file from My Scrap Chick called Shirley, Goodness, & Mercy Chicks. I popped her up on some foam tape.

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Card

Hi there! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I thought I would share a card that goes along with the current challenge here on Pumpkin Spice.

The theme this week is to color.

I do enjoy coloring with my Copic markers so I went in search of this cute image from Penny Black. She is from the Mimi Halloween stamp set. There are several cute dressed up kids in this set and they are all fun to color.

After I colored her I got out my Echo Park Chillingsworth Manor papers and used sever patterns. I distressed them all with my distress tool.

I used a cloud background stamp that I stamped with some grey ink on the patterned paper. I added some Halloween baker's twine and a button and this simple card was complete.

You still have time to join in the challenge this week. You can find all the details HERE.

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Card

Hi there! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

If you haven't noticed there is a trend happening right now for CAS (Clean and Simple) cards. My style is not usually clean and simple. :) I love adding layers and such but today I thought I would give it a try. I'm not sure how CAS this card is but I like the way it came out.

For my card today, I started with a piece of Bazzill 8.5" x 11" Classic White cardstock. I cut it in half and then scored it to measure 4.25" x 5.5" and rounded the corners. I stamped the card with a hexagon background stamps and used a hexagon die to cut some pretty patterns from My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline "Dolled Up" paper. I randomly placed the cut hexagons on the card.

My sentiment is from Paper Smooches "We Connect" set. Once I placed my sentiment the way I wanted it I stamped it with Momento Black Ink. For some interest I added some sequins and then tied some "Honeydew" Baker's Twine around my card.

Make sure you check out all the great products that Shop Pumpkin Spice has to offer HERE and HERE.

There's still time to enter into the Pumpkin Spice "Sunshine" Challenge. You can find all the details HERE.

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra

Hi There! Saundra here from  Luv Scrapping Together!

I decided to play along with the current challenge here in the Pumpkin Spice Blog. The theme this week is summer.

I am so excited because this is my first official project that I have made with the help of my Silhouette Cameo!

I created the base of my card using shapes in my Silhouette Cameo and the Designer Edition Software to cut the base from Bazzill Kraft cardstock.
The bear from a free file that I got from Miss Kate Cuttables. It's called Bear in Pool.

I used scraps of patterned paper from various paper pads but my main pieces were from My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing Tangerine paper pad and My Mind's Eye On the Bright Side Two paper pad.

I inked all of my pieces with Ranger Distress Ink in Tea Dye and popped some of my layers with foam tape for some dimension.

I stamped the bears face with a Peachy Keen face from PK-170 Teddy Bear Assortment. I added some Glossy Accents to his eyes and the water for some shine and dimension.

To finish my card off I did some faux stitching and added some Lemon Drop Baker's Twine and button.

You still have time to join in the Summer challenge! Click HERE for details.

Make sure you check out Shop Pumpkin Spice and the Shop Pumpkin Spice Ebay store for great deals!

Today I am sharing a 3D project using products from Shop Pumpkin Spice and a free file from SVG Cuts.

SVG Cuts was giving away a free clutch file and I just had to make it!

The clutch was super easy to put together and I really love how it came out!

The base was cut from Bazzill cardstock.

My patterned paper is from Echo Park "Times and Seasons." This particular pattern is called "Trinkets."  I inked the edges with some Ranger Distress Ink. Brads were added from Echo Park This & That and a resin flower from my stash to finish it off. I, also, added a bit of Velcro to hold the flap down.

You can see even more products from Shop Pumpkin Spice HERE.

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Card

Hi There! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I created a card using some Echo Park paper.

I started with a Bazzill Kraft card base and layered some Bazzill Honey Dotted Swiss cardstock on top that I had punched with a Fiscars scalloped punch.

I then took some scraps from my Echo Park Paradise Beach 6x6 paper pad and cut them into strips in varying widths. I inked the edges with some Distress Ink in Tea Dye and spaced them as evenly as I could across my card.

I added some bakers twine that I received from an old Pumpkin Spice kit and topped it with a brad from My Mind's Eye. To finish my card I kept it simple and added a few random sequins. I am loving sequins! :)

This is such a great way to use some of your scraps.

You can find so many fun papers and embellishments at Shop Pumpkin Spice either HERE or HERE

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Card

Hi There! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

My card today is comprised of 2 different My Mind's Eye paper pads. I used The Sweetest Thing "Tangerine" 6x6 pad and On the Brightest Side Two 6x6 paper pad. I think these two MME papers really compliment each other. I love the orange and teal together.

This cute owl image was a freebie from Miss Kates Cuttables

I inked all my edges with distress ink and added some Ranger Glossy Accents to my owl's eyes. I decided to give her a Mandarin bow made from some of The Twinery Baker's Twine.

I also added some Caribbean Baker's Twine to the top and bottom of the card, added a bow and topped it with a My Mind's Eye "Fine and Dandy" button.

My sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps "Owl Occasions."

Today's SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Card

Hi There! Saundra here. It's my turn to share some Shop Pumpkin Spice inspiration and I thought it would be fun to create a graduation card to go with this week's challenge. The theme this week is Graduation.

My daughter graduated High School this year and this is the card I created for her using some delightful paper that can be found at Shop Pumpkin Spice.

All my patterned paper come from the Fancy Pants Be You 6x6 paper pad. This pad has some great prints that scream teenage girl to me. Shop Pumpkin Spice has some many did paper pads to chose from and sometimes it is just hard to pick which to use!

I created this grad girl using my SCAL software. I tried to make her  look like my daughter. I stamped her face from a Peachy Keen Stamps set that I have owned for a while but hadn't used. My sentiment was stamped using MPS Darkest Night ink.

I added some velvet ribbon that I tried in a knot and a few black sequins from my stash.

There is still time to join the challenge on the Pumpkin Spice Blog. You can find all the details HERE. I hope you will join in this week!

NSD Use Your Scraps Challenge with Saundra

Hi There! Saundra here from  Luv Scrapping Together!

This month we are celebrating National Scrapbooking Day with a Challenge every hour.

Every challenge you participate in gives you a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to the SPS store. That's is $20 per challenge! all you have to do is link up to the challenge in which you are participating.

I will tell you my challenge at the end of this post.

Here is what I have created today. I made 2 shaped cards using my scraps to create them.

For this card, I used Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge to create the base , the scallop, and the hat.

The base was cut from Bazzill Kraft cardstock. All of my scraps came from Echo Park's Paradise Beach 6x6 paper pad. This is a fun and colorful collection of beach and summer prints.

I added a brad from MME The Sweetest Thing Sunshine Brads and added some baker's twine in Blossom from The Twinery.

To finish my card off, I added some faux stitiching with my white gel pen and a ribbon from my stash.

Here you can see how this card folds open. The Cricut cartridge has this shape built right in.

For my second card, I started with the same Bazzill Kraft cardstock but this time I used 2 circles that I cut from Accent Essentials Cricut cartridge. In the picture below it shows how I attached them to create the base. The circle and starburst shape also came from Accent Essentials.

I cut the party hat from Simply Charmed Cricut cartridge.

My scraps for this card came form MME The Sweetest Thing "Tangarine" 6x6 pad. I LOVE the prints in the collection. They are just so pretty.

I made a pom pom from The Twinery Baker's Twine in Mandarin for some embellishment.

This sentiment is also from My Pink Stamper's Birthday Doodles set and stamped with MPS Darkest Night Ink.

To make a shaped card without using software to weld your images togetheris to cut 2 of the same shape. Score one of the shapes about 1 1/2 inches from the edge and just add adhesive to that part. It's very easy and the plus side is that your shapes will not have a flattened side.

Ok, so here is my challenge:
Make a shaped card using your scraps!

To participate in this challenge, just link up at the end of this post. I cannot wait to see what you create with your scraps!

Today's SPS Inspiration with Saundra ~ Card

Hi there! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

I have been in the moving process from what seems like forever! Our family moved from North Carolina to Pennsylvania in February. It was not without some problems but we are finally in our house and I am starting to get my craft room together. I still have quite a few boxes to unpack but I have enough unpacked to start creating again.

We were welcomed to our new neighborhood by some very friendly neighbors so I needed to make some thank you cards. I am in the mood for spring so this is what I put together.

To create this card I took an image of a kite from the Sugar and Spice cricut Lite cartridge and used this bright and cheerful cardstock from Fancy Pants designs "Be You" 6x6 pad. The string for my kite is from The Twinery's Baker's Twine in Pink Sorbet.

I punched a scallop circle from Fisacars and stamped it with stamps from Technique Tuesday "Sweet Somethings." I just tucked it behind my rectangle.

This was super fast to create and I have another sitting on my desk ready to be put together.

You can find these products at Shop Pumpkin Spice along with many more.

Thanks for stopping today.
Until next time...
