crazy 4 challenges/c4c331-happy birthday

hello friends, I am guesting for crazy 4 challenges this month...what fun challenges....sure hope you will join us each week! This weeks challenge is try a new technique...apply paste or paint through a stencil and while the medium is wet apply glitter...YAY! I have a used the simon says stamp large polka dotted stencil and wendy vecchi embossing paste and then some fun glitter! I used some crocheted flowers from my stash and a big ole' gemstone for the focal point. The happy birthday sentiment is clearly besotted sweet little sentiments. Hello it is time for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. This weeks challenge is all about birthdays and we are spotlighting products from our very own simon says stamp!

Lots of fun with this card, I played along with a couple of challenges listed below....challenges always get me creating in ways I thought I wouldn't. I do not use bright colors much, not really my thing...but pulled out the brighter greens and pinks for this one! Used a little ink smooshing, added some washi tape, and pretty pink posh watermelon sequins. The butterfly is die cut and I used ink smooshing and ink splatter on it, I then covered it with a thin layer of stickles and a few eneamel dots...fun! I add a little glimmer to your life....sparkle & shine, kindness!

hi friends, it is time for another awesome mojo monday sketch, I am luvin this weeks sketch and of course I tweak it to fit my style...teehehe. I have also played laong with the amazing colors from the color throwdown...my colors for sure! I have used tim holtz mini distressed inks pads for the watercoloring ink smooshing. The "hello" sentiment is a sticker that is popped up with pop dots, the chipboard star and of course some black and white striped designer paper bring my card together. Add a little glimmer to your life....sparkle & shine, kindness!

hello friends and happy weekend to you....I am super excited to share with you that I am guesting this month for Crazy 4 Challenges...thank you kindly Rebecca for asking....eeecckkkk. this weeks challenge is to use little critters or tiny images...of course I used the darlin sweet stamp set from hero arts called hello by lia griffith. I have used various blues and teal greens tim holtz distress mini inks pads. I hand painted the black stripes...I cannot get enough of b&w stripes...lol. I added a few clear gemstones and black & white bakers twine...luv how my card turned out. I cannot wait to see what you create! Add a little glimmer to your life....sparkle & shine, kindness!

I had a blast with this weeks challenge, I so enjoy using ranger products and I own lots of them. I used a tim holtz stencil and painted through it to created the distressed background. i then stamped the altenew beautiful day flower several times to achieve the multi layered painted look...these stamps are amazing! It is super easy to get that gorgeous painted look. I played along with a couple of challenges listed below. Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine, kindness!

hello and welcome, we have a super fun sketch to share with you at the mojo monday blog. I have also used the amazingly fun colors...eeecckkkk, my favorite greens/blues and gold...totally luv! I have used an hero arts stencil and gold finetec watercolor paint for the right side of my card. I used flower stickers from the simple stories collection life in color. I added a tiny dab of gold stickles to the centers and of course some gold gemstones and accents. Hope you have a super fun week...hello spring! hello friends and happy Easter, it is time for the Sunday Stamps challenge! What a colorful inspiration photo we have to share with you and I cannot think of a more fitting day to be amazing and shine(my one little word for 2016). I have used an assortment of tim holtz mini distress inks and created a watercolor background. I used the awesome concord & 9th stamp set sophisticated script. I have played along with a couple of challenges using stamps from simon says stamp and reverse confetti. I have used the polka dotted stamp from this month simon says stamp card kit, birthday flowers. I luv using polka dots and have created a heart with the polka dotted stamp on top of the watercolor splash. I used WOW white embossing powder, very sweet! The birthday sentiment is from the reverse confetti set, with love. Add a little glimmer to your life, sparkle & shine, kindness!

oh WOW, did I have fun with this card.....YES! I am luvin the sweet inspiration photo from the challenge...the gold accents made my heart skip a beat...*grin*. I added gold watercolor stripping using the gold paints from finetec mica....luv these, they are super easy to use! I have used the amazing flower set from simon says stamp with wplus9...luv how easy it is to get a watercoloring look with these stamps. Lots of gold, black, and pinks...a sweet combo! I am luvin avery elle stamp sets, so very cute...this set is no different; you will get balloons, feathers, stars, clouds and sentiments....a sweet a versatile set! good morning, I am so excited to start this week; I am off from work for Easter break starting friday through monday...YAY! I have been working lots of OT and need the time off, want to get a little spring cleaning done. Well, onto today's mojo monday sketch, it is a fun layered sketch, but I kept mine more simple due to time. I also used the colors from the challenge, what a stunning color combo! I have used the ultra fun sketch from retro sketches for this one and I luv how it turned out. I used lots of gold accents, well because the peep I have in mind for this card is A1A first class! I used some gold striped and polka dotted washi tape as well as tim holtz gold ink splatter. Some enamel dots, gold twine, and the fun gold letters make it super duper cute!
