I am playing along with stamping royalty and the gorgoeus photo inspiration was the inspiration for my card. I was inspired mainly by the top photo, lots going on, nuetral colors with a pop of aqua green. I knew I wanted to create a mixed media card with lots of fun layers; watercolor, paint stenciling, paste embossing stenciling, and washi tape. I have used the verve sentiment beautiful things and paired it with a glittery heart, crocheted flower, leaf die cuts, and some burlap twine. It is contest week at the mojo monday blog, sure hope you play along!

Had to play along with a few sweet challenges. totally luv the color combo from stampin royalty....super awesome for red flowers. I adore this set from reverse confetti, one of my all time favorite flower sets.... blooms n buds. I know, I know; I have a lot of all time favorites....I do really...if I say it is a favorite it really is! The sentiment is mama elephant, blessed set. The watercolor background is prima watercolor confection pans....my favorite...teehehehe. happy weekend my friends!

I can't tell you how much I luv concord & 9th, their stamps are stunning and the flower image from one of the latest releases is no exception. It is called hello lovely and lovely it is...wow! I have used the colors from stampin royalty and went with prima confection watercolor pans....my favorites! I have used the sketch from retro sketches and made the flower sparkle with wink of stella pen for the creativity meets c9...I also used clear gemstones and other favorite embellishment!

A fun card to make playing along with a couple of challenges. I have used the lil' inker stitched butterfly dies...the lil' inker stitched dies are some of my favorite for sure! I used a simon says stamp polka dotted stencil and stenciled the cute polka dots on the butterfly. I watercolor, spritzed, and paste embossed the background for a great combo...luv the look!

I had to play along with the stampin royalty inspiration photo, I was drawn to those soft peachy/ink tulips.....stunning, tulips are a favorite of mine! Although my flowers are not the same color, I watercolored them lightly...I have used another favorite stamp set from simon says stamp, floral shapes and dies. I luv how the flowers looked bunched together in a cluster...a stunning arrangement, I added a few clear pretty pink posh sequins to the center. The "be kind" sentiment is from one of my favorite neat and tangled sets, kindness matters. I used the prima watercolor pans, they come in an adorable tin for ease of use...I luv these paints!

happy Monday and welcome to February, it amazes me how the months fly by....it seems as if I am always planning for something in the future...lol. I have used the stampin royalty inspiration photo, wow...I luv the black and white stripes. I actually created my own with tim holtz black soot distressed ink and a paint brush...so fun and I luv the look. I have used my favorite Verve heart die, the jotted heart die. merry christmas

hello friends, I am still working on a few christmas cards; it has been a busy week. I am off until after the first of the year, I am so excited to have some time off from work....I hope to spend lots of time creating! I have used the concord & 9th set called mittens & mugs and it is on SALE...it is an adorable set with lots of possibilities! I added stickles overtop to the snow stamped dots, soooo cute! I have played along with a couple of challenges listed below. A super fun card to create, I sooo luv using tim holtz distress inks...fun. joy!...what is more sweeter, than joy? I can think of nothing, what a sweet Christmas card this is. Have you heard about the Skipping Stones Design Stamp & Share Challenge? This month it is a Christmas challenge, the challenge is only once a month and runs for a week. Get all the details and play along with us here. I am sharing a super simple card using two of the new Skipping Stones Design Stamp sets, Christmas Labels and Merry & Bright. I heat embossed the sweet snowflakes with white embossing powder unto a piece of polka dotted paper, so pretty. I then die cut then section I wanted out, added a zig zag die cut strip of paper. I then used peach colored alpha stickers to created the word “joy”…so adorable and very CAS…a great card to reproduce! Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine!

I have used the super sweet simon says stamp August card kit, I so luv this fun and colorful kit. The heart is in the stamp set called, flip flop season...so adorable! The entire card is based mainly on the sweet paper collection from simple stories, it is in the kit. The happiness arrow is from the summertime pillow puffs from october afternoon. It's Your Happy Day

Fun, fun, fun...luv this sketch and the gorgeous inspiration photo! I adore the mint and gold together and created a card using the Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit....luv this kit! It has rub ons, a stamp set, washi tape, and gold star brads...so sweet! I have used the sketch from MFT Card Challenge, luv this sketch...I have used it twice already!
