thanks

I can't tell you how much I luv concord & 9th, their stamps are stunning and the flower image from one of the latest releases is no exception. It is called hello lovely and lovely it is...wow! I have used the colors from stampin royalty and went with prima confection watercolor pans....my favorites! I have used the sketch from retro sketches and made the flower sparkle with wink of stella pen for the creativity meets c9...I also used clear gemstones and other favorite embellishment!

simon says stamp

Be sure to check out the Simon Says Stamp Store!

Hello, this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge is an anything goes this week! The design team is spotlighting products from the amazing avery elle company. Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I am luvin this pineapple stamp and die set set from avery elle....but most of all the sentiment makes me want to squeal....eeecckkk. Is that not the cutest? I knew I wanted to use gold glitter, so I made the background an entire piece of gold glitter paper from tim holtz. I colored the pineapple using prima watercoloring confection pans. Then I added some gold and clear stickles to give it some more sparkle...a girl can never have to much sparkle...teeehehehe.

words with meaning - be like a pineapple: stand tall, wear a crown, and be sweet on the inside.

Don't forgot every week at simon says stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I had a blast with this weeks card, I painted the fun thin zebra stripes using a silver black velvet brush, I luv these brushes! I am so happy with the way it looks...a little on the wild side, wouldn't you say?...teeehehehehe. I have used the prima confection watercolor inks pans for painting. I did add any embellies, I anted the stripes and flowers to come alive on their own! I did use my all time favorite pre printed tags from pebbles for the sentiment...I have ordered two packs of these and will probably order another..luv! Be sure to check out the design teams creations, these ladies are super talented!

simon says stamp/photo inspiration and colors-live colorfully

Be sure to check out the Simon Says Stamp Store!

We have a awesome photo inspiration/color board for you to work with this week. Don't you just luv those colors together, the sweet pop of yellow adds the fun! The design team is using products from our very own simon says stampDon't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I so luv this set, it may be my new favorite set; check out the same set used on this card here...I luv the look of it too! I wanted the flowers to be seen in this card, showing how gorgeous the leafs and stems are as well as the flowers. I used the prima pans confection inks to watercolor the flowers...they are my new favorite watercolor medium...teeehehhe! The sentiment is a sticker from simple stories, it is from the life in color collection. What a fun card to put together and color! i can't wait to see how you interpret the mood board.

words with meaning - live a colorful life!

simon says stamp/add shimmer-bless you

Be sure to check out the Simon Says Stamp Store!

This week it is all about shimmer for the simon says stamp wednesday challenge. The design team is using products from lindy's and thank you lindy's for sending me samples to use....I luv them! Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I colored the background with a flat fabio spray...it is super easy to use. You just add water to the powder that is in the bottle, shake it up, and spray. I then sprinkle one of the powders from the mermaid seashells set over top....the powder is activated when spritzed with water...so magical, fun, and oh so shimmery! It is hard to see all of the shimmer, but it is there...I luv these powders! I can't wait to see what you create this week!

word with meaning - mistakes are proof you are trying.

My Dad is my hero, one of the greatest people you will ever meet. Does not meet a stranger and would give the shirt off his back for anyone. I tell him all the time how much I love him, I hope he knows it! This card is for him; a true star, a hero, the apple of my eye! I have used distressing, ink splatter, and twine. Manly cards are difficult for me, but I had fun with this one!
